Our low price guarantee is designed to assure customers that shopping in our physical stores provides fair and competitive pricing. If you encounter the same product offered at a lower price by another retailer, we will match that price so you can make your purchase confidently without worrying about overpaying. This policy demonstrates our dedication to transparency, trust, and delivering consistent value to families.

The guarantee applies exclusively at company-operated brick-and-mortar locations nationwide. To take advantage of the offer, customers should present the relevant advertisement to a store associate before completing the purchase. The staff will verify the details to confirm whether the product and pricing meet the criteria for a match. The process is intended to be simple, convenient, and equitable for all shoppers.

To qualify, the item must be identical to the one sold in our store, including brand, model, specifications, and condition. Some product categories are excluded, such as powdered or liquid milk, baby foods and drinks, disposable diapers and wipes, video game consoles and software, books, CDs, and DVDs. These exclusions account for variations in pricing models and supplier arrangements across different retailers.

The lower price must be clearly advertised in a printed flyer from a competitor, displaying both a product image and the advertised price. Offers that require points, coupons, or membership benefits at the competing store are not eligible. Likewise, flash sales, time-limited promotions, or prices subject to brief promotional windows do not qualify for price matching.

Each customer may request the guarantee for one unit of the same product only, ensuring that the benefit is available to all shoppers fairly. This guarantee is limited to in-store purchases; items purchased online, including through our own website, are not eligible for matching under this program.

The low price guarantee cannot be combined with store-issued coupons or discount vouchers. If another promotion is applied, customers must choose which offer to use at checkout. The competitor’s flyer must be valid during the purchase period, and items with quantity restrictions or disclaimers such as “while supplies last” are not eligible. Flyers containing typographical errors or misprinted prices cannot be honored.

Pricing from online-only retailers, including auction sites, resale platforms, and secondhand marketplaces, is generally excluded. Even if a product appears similar, it must be clearly verifiable as identical to the in-store item. Retailers with physical locations that also provide printed or store-focused online flyers may be considered eligible.

Terms and conditions for the low price guarantee are subject to change without notice, so customers are encouraged to confirm details in-store. This program is part of a broader suite of in-store services, including member benefits, store pickup, gift cards, repair compensation programs, and third-party delivery options, all aimed at providing flexibility, value, and convenience.
